Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program

The Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program is a statewide initiative led by the NC Division of Aging, which came to Mecklenburg County in 2023 through a partnership between DSS Adult Services and CMFPC. The program aims to enhance the nutrition of older adults and support local farmers.
