About the event
The Collaboration for Equitable Health, in partnership with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and Urban League of Central Carolinas invites you to join us for a free training seminar and advocacy summit to elevate information about navigating Charlotte's local food system. We strongly encourage you to bring colleagues/staff that work directly with community members for this critical training.
During this training participants will learn innovative ways to connect the communities they serve to local food resources, including:
·      Existing food access programs and resources
·      SNAP-Ed (program information and eligibility)
·      Power Mapping (leveraging networks and location for greatest impact)
